COVID-19 Virus Response and Action Plan

We have implemented the following safety procedures within our company to assist with the Covid-19 virus containment:

Sickness

  • Staff are required to not come to work if they are experiencing flu-like symptoms (and will not return to work until the recommend clearance time)
  • If they have been in contact with anyone with confirmed or suspected coronavirus infection within the last 14 days
  • If they or a family member have traveled outside the country or taken a cruise in the past 2 weeks

Social

  • Practicing social distancing guidelines
  • We have moved all crew meetings into the larger shop area for safe distancing
  • Crewtechs phones and tools are not shared and cleaned regularly

Staying Safe

  • Following CDC information on how to reduce the spread of COVID-19
  • Asking residential customers if they or those occupying the house have been sick in the last 14 days – we will reschedule the service for at least 14 days out
  • Incorporated more personal protective equipment
  • New disposal gloves in the morning and after lunch
  • Mouth and nose masks are available to the crew if clients prefer us to use them
  • Consistent and frequent handwashing
  • Freshly washed and sanitized towels
  • Daily disinfecting touch points in vehicles, clip boards
  • Disinfecting water buckets after use
