What is Industrial Rope Access:
Industrial rope access is an industry defined by specific techniques and equipment that give precise access to standard or difficult areas for any type of work.
A two-lined system is employed, one line is the primary line on which is loaded the working weight of the technician, the secondary line is an independent back-up line on which a safety device is employed for fall arrest.
What Are The Advantages?
Industrial Rope Access has become known for it is versatility, economic advantages, safe practices, and noninvasive means. It is the best way to safely perform work-at-heights projects for structure maintenance, inspections and repair.
Versatility – provides access to areas formerly not easily accessible and accomplished with a smaller foot print of work area. This is more than a descent system, we ascend, descend, transvers, negotiate, deviate, leverage, and practice self-rescue.
Economical – it requires less equipment, fewer technicians, and a significant reduction in venue disruption of operations and to work area occupied below.
Safety – Advanced in the early 1990s, today’s rope access is regulated with the field technicians safety always in the forefront. The certified rope access industry in America has an exceptional record of no fatalities and minimal time loss due to injury.
We are proudly Iowa’s first SPRAT certified technicians. We comply to OSHA and ANSI industry safe practices.

Noninvasive – as architects and engineers test the limits of design and functionality, modern rope access has become an excellent alternative to costly and disruptive massive lifts, cranes, and scaffolding.
There is lower visibility of the work onsite, smaller visual distraction, and a faster pace of work production because of it. Minimal interruption to your facility activities means a better experience overall compared to suspended scaffolding, traditional scaffolding, and boom lifts.
