Crystal Clean provides window cleaning for residential customers throughout mid-Iowa. We also provide glass restoration and the application of glass surface protectants.

Our concern is to protect all assets of your home while the work is being done!

Our Crew Teams standard practices are to always wear clean pullover shoe coverings, place a large 2' x 4' mats on the floor where they are working, carefully move furniture as needed, move furniture carefully back into its original space, and ladders that are used inside will be cleaned before bringing them into the homes.

We have three standard services that we provide, these are:

Service Level "1" Exceptional View : in/out

• Remove screens
• Brush down/ exterior surrounds to remove cobwebs
• Wet wash glass
• Blade and scrub remaining soil
• Wet wash glass again
• Squeegee glass streak free
• Dry interior windows sills
• Dry perimeter edges of glass
• Dry brush screens
• Replace screens
• Carefully move furniture and items back to original

Service Level "2" Exceptional View Plus : in/out

Includes all of Service Level "1", plus the following:

• Open window, vacuum out the soil in tracking/casement
• Wet wash and dry tracking/casement
• Clean interior framing and sills
• Wet clean screens and apply screen clean solution and protector
• Lubricate w/Teflon joints and/or window mechanisms

Exterior only :

• Brush down/ exterior surrounds to remove cobwebs
• Wet wash glass
• Blade and scrub remaining soil
• Wet wash glass again
• Squeegee glass streak free

In addition, our add on services range from power washing to light bulb replacement, along with screen, track, and mirror cleaning.

Add on services:

1. Power-wash house siding
2. Power-wash front entry way and or decking
3. Mirror cleaning
4. Replace light bulbs that require ladder access
